PRODUCTION RESOURCES AND AUXILIARY SERVICES

The production of acid-resistant steel products begins in a separate hall designed exclusively for the prefabrication of these materials. The prefabrication is based on a number of devices:

• a pipe and profile coiler,
• hydraulic scissors,
• a hydraulic press brake,
• a semi-automatic cutter, etc.

The actual production of acid-resistant steel products takes place according to the principles of the engineering art in a 500 m2 hall, separately from carbon steel materials.

There is also a machining hall equipped with such devices as lathes, milling machines, drilling and milling machines, a surface grinder and a thermal cutting hall with a CNC plasma cutting machine. The cutting station is equipped with a table for cutting metal sheets with dimensions of 16.5m x 3m. It enables cutting carbon steel up to 200mm and acid resistant steel up to 100mm. The cutter cooperates with the ESR 600 rotor to cut pipes up to Ø600mm.

In addition, the company has its own shotblasting plant equipped with automatic blasting media recirculation and dust extraction system, a paint shop equipped with automatic air exchange, a system of heaters for heating and drying air and a washing plant for pickling and passivation of acid-resistant and stainless steel. We also have a number of mobile devices as well as modern welding and assembly equipment from leading European manufacturers.

For the comprehensive implementation of projects, the company has its own materials and authorized staff for the construction of modular CONSTRUCTION OF SCAFFOLDING based on PERI technology. Additionally, the machine park has been enriched by mobile cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 55 tons.
